Condition guide
Every card is graded against the TCGplayer condition standard before it is listed, and the condition shows on the listing, in the cart and on your order. If a card arrives in worse shape than listed, you get a full refund including shipping.
Looks unplayed or close to it. At most a tiny edge nick or minor print line visible under close inspection. No scratches, no whitening on the back, no scuffs.
Minor wear from play or shuffling: light edge whitening, small corner wear, faint scratches or a slight bend that does not affect the card's integrity. Fully tournament legal in a sleeve.
Obvious wear: edge and corner whitening, scratching, scuffing, a crease or bend that does not break the card, or minor ink loss. Still playable sleeved.
Major wear: heavy whitening, creases, water damage, significant scratching, or writing. May be visible through a sleeve.
Tears, holes, missing pieces, or damage that makes the card not tournament legal even sleeved. Listed only when noted.
Pricing by condition
Prices step down from Near Mint: LP about 12% under, MP about 28% under, HP about 42% under. Foil and etched finishes are priced from their own market price, not from the non-foil.
