Orders ship within 1 business day of payment from Washington, USA. You get an email when it goes out, with tracking where the method includes it.

Orders over $75.00 ship free. Every card goes in a penny sleeve and a rigid toploader. Tracked orders go in a bubble mailer. Orders over $250 require a signature.
Where we ship
United States only for now. Ask before ordering if you are outside the US.
Returns
14 days from delivery. If a card is not the condition listed, or not the card you ordered, message with a photo and you get a full refund including shipping, or a replacement if one is in stock. For a change of mind, return the cards in the condition sent and the card price is refunded; original shipping is not.
Lost or damaged in transit
Tracked orders that are lost or arrive damaged are refunded or replaced. Plain-envelope orders (under $20) carry no tracking, which is why they cost a dollar; if one goes missing, say so and it gets sorted case by case.
